      decent benefits lots of great people they do try to do fun activities for employees opportunities for growth in the next few years ESOP

      pay is on the lower side boys club mentality one woman on leadership team women are not respected cafeteria food is blah

      Pros

      Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

      Cons

      Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.
