Pros
I had a great manager who provided the right mixtures of support and freedom to allow me to get my job done. My coworkers and I generally worked independently, but provided support for each other when needed. Our team cared about each other and our clients. Paid was on the low side by industry standards, but the benefits were probably a bit better than average.
Cons
Quality control was lacking within some product lines. There were few raises, and little room for advancement within the company. Overall the product offering was not up to the quality standard of KI's major competitors.
