      Pros

      The Marketing and Communications department has a great team to work with and everyone is incredibly welcoming. It's decent pay for an internship as well. It's not super hard work, but you take away transferable skills. One perk is getting to travel to Chicago for NeoCon. Great experience!

      Sometimes it's slow or boring work.

      Pros

      Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

      Cons

      Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.
