      Most of the people there are great

      Cons

      Employees are asked to do too much. A news producer with little experience can be expected to produce a 2 hour newscast with no writers.

      If you are a technical person, No one will ever listen to you. Bad habits are spread like gold stars. They only like to employ those who are not of a technical background.
