Still working out the kinks. Decisions take a long time sometimes. It’s frustrating that the below average players are still allowed to be employed.

Honestly, NONE. Worst mistake of my carreer.

Terrible leadership, toxic environment. Each role requires considereable coordination from other employees, but very few know what they are supposed to do or how to do it consistenly, so in order to do your own job, you end up doing others work also. This is because leadership offers no policies, training, support, responsibility matrices or even the techincal necessities to complete your work, so everyone is on their own island. Nearly every person who comes to work here gets sold a pretty picture of a great company, but learns very, very quickly that they have landed in a hot mess. Even department leaders are so distraught and disappointed that they complain constantly about the company - toxic. Very high turnover, terrible leadership in nearly all departments, pointless meetings consume your days leaving you no time to get your work done. Decent pay, but expect to work 10-12 hours daily & most weekends just to tread water, so very not worth it if you want any family time. forget getting the bonus promised in an offer. you MAY be lucky to get a small portion of what is offered, but no where near what they put in an offer letter. This company loses millions of dollars every year. They will be lucky to be still be in business for another 12 months. Do yourself a favor - Take a pass on KCG companies. You will quickly regret taking a job here.
