      Pros

      KFMB was a nice place to work at, especially because everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Everyone knew their coworkers on a personal level, as most of them had worked there for many years.

      Cons

      Working at KFMB was too slow for me. I did not feel like I was given any serious work and I felt like I was a burden instead of a helping hand.

      It's a job in an office.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. News director and EP have no idea what they're doing. Everyone is overworked and deadlines are insane. You know, typical News station. No better or worse than any other station honestly. Not the worst and not the best.
