      The shifts are fun, being able to work with great people and being able to brighten a customers day just by having a short chat and a good laugh

      Cons

      It can be understaffed on occasion which can make our incentives harder to reach which can make us struggle

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
