Ability to lead others into a strong team and being able to be accountable for all juries on a shift. The most fun part is knowing exactly what to do such as make schedules, schedule meetings of the month, do inventory from beginning of shift to end, and make sure our labor stay in the green not the red...then I'll have to send employees home for the cause of labor being to high
