      Never a dull moment. Great for hands-on management

      Cons

      Being a franchise operation, there isn't enough money in the budget to run the store effectively. Labor is constantly being monitored so heavily that you aren't able to schedule enough employees to handle the peaks without the manager being stuck in a position.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
