      They will give opportunities to improve your career, but over the course of many years.

      Cons

      They will put you down to make themselves look better. Constant pressure. Harassment and Discrimination is allowed and not taken seriously at all.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
