Pros
The pay is okay. But not worth the treatment.
Cons
It’s okay when you’re a team member but as soon as you step into a management position you are pretty much disregarding as an actual person. No breaks and if you do get one it’s in the office while everyone’s interrupts you / you have to still deal with customers or answering the phone in between eating.
