Pros

Flexible Schedule, Make your Own schedule, practically you can do what ever you want and no one is going to care or get you in trouble. They give people a million chances and you make a mistake they are likely to not care. Yet, if they talk to you about something then you just need to change or fix it.

Cons

Salary for 50 hours a week yet usually work 60+ and am on call 24/7 so my phone rings every day all day. Day off, vacation, meetings, phone is constantly ringing with calls, texts, and people needing things all over the company.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
