Pros

All of these are only related to the Union St Store in Aberdeen, as they hugely depend on the Restaurant General Manager - fast progress - you can become a shift manager within a year - if you want to progress, you will get all training in safety, management and first aid needed - flexibility of work hours and holidays during studies (worked around 30h/week during university) - great management with safety and people at the heart - a lot of HSEQ and customer service procedures - food allowance for breaks

Cons

- required phrases make staff sound like robots - going home stinking of oil and sweat (as in all fast foods) - minimum wage for team members (as in all fast foods) - some branches have ridiculusly bad management and incapable staff (as in all fast foods) - sometimes people are hired not for their qualities but because they needed staff asap (as in all fast foods) -> difficult to work with
