Pros
Easy job, great career advancement if you demonstrate effectiveness. Mostly cool people working there, fairly relaxed environment.
Cons
There is many changes in management and when you've got a bad manager working there its a very hard job to stick with but with good management its a fairly rewarding job for what it is. The customers are exceptionally difficult to deal with as well.
