I have worked for 7years in this company - RGM (Restaurant General Manager) KFC Employee Review

Work load is too heavy for one person, but they let you do it anyway. Conducts employee review every year with zero action taken. Focuses more on profit than people. Implements programs but is not willing to add manpower to make the program successful. No work/life balance at all, you arr expected to answer everything even if you are not on duty.
