Pros
- The people I worked with were funny - Good way to make some extra cash - Always have interesting stories to tell at parties - Get an understanding of what actually happens at a company like this
Cons
- Minimum wage - Ridiculous hours - Terrible customers - Long training period using videos, which are entirely ineffective for actually doing your job - If you are a competent worker, you will be picking up the slack of your coworkers - When I got hurt on the job, they didn't care. I got burned and since we didn't file a report right away the regional manager said we shouldn't. Pursuing it through corporate would have been too much of a mess and not worth my time. - Paper checks. No direct deposit available. - Doesn't really look like much on a resume
