Pros

- Decent pay (I think) People are friendly

Cons

- Can get very stressful (especially when Manager is shouting rudely) - Literally have to have a shower after every shift, you get that much grease on you. - Floor is very slippery with water an oil - Place is not the cleanest of places - No one seems to monitor the appropriateness of what employees and managers say, because people are constantly swearing and talking about some really explicit topics (within earshot of managers) - Managers keep shadowing you and pointing out every mistake you do (the ones that are really trivial) - Said Managers get upset of the littlest things you do, like not wearing black socks, even if they're covered by your pants and no one can see them. - Can be very messy work (especially when cleaning stuff) - Having to stay back for closes, sometimes not getting out until 11:30pm - 12:00am - Inconsistant rosters: One week you could get 18 hrs, one week you could get 5. - They that the job will not get int the way of your hobbies or education, almost always does, and they don't do anything about it - Some managers aren't really qualified as they are the people who got a casual job at 15 yrs old and never left.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
