      Pros

      If you are interested in aviation or aircraft, Flightcraft is an interesting place to work.

      Cons

      Flightcraft is a company of fragmented groups with little to no joined-up thinking on how to improve the company. Feels like a company that has not embraced the new technology of the 21st century largely due to the aging, intractable individuals in positions of power. Has some draconian rules around dress-code and behavior.

      Pros

      Great schedule, benefits and pay, excellent workplace and coworkers. Definitely would recommend. Laid back professional environment.

      Cons

      jet division recently shut down so there are no more opportunities except for the turboprop division. Still a great company to work for!
