      Pros

      The weather is great. They do fix planes well. There are a few good people here and there but not very many.

      Cons

      IT Department is a disaster. Worst place I have ever worked. The wages are sub-standard. I would not recommend working there.

      Great schedule, benefits and pay, excellent workplace and coworkers. Definitely would recommend. Laid back professional environment.

      Cons

      jet division recently shut down so there are no more opportunities except for the turboprop division. Still a great company to work for!
