      Pros

      Service users are great. Can be rewarding working with them. Some of the line managers are friendly.

      Cons

      Long hours. Very little support or contact from management. No support with professional development or genuine feedback during supervisions. Bad communication in general. Take ages to hear back from HR/Payroll/etc

      Flexible working The other staff are (mostly) lovely

      Cons

      You’re overworked Some of the higher ups play favourites and it is very obvious when you are not one of their favourites Unrealistic expectations Seems to be more about the money than caring for people
