      The company has two sides and the predictable software is a joke.

      Cons

      The new software is a disaster and is nothing like the original. They want high pressure software salesman to sell subscriptions for bad software.

      Really great leadership especially from current CEO Joe Alvarez. Great, smart, and friendly team. Very focused on client value.

      Pros

      New CEO has come in and made significant improvements. What used to be a top heavy organization is now one of the leanest workplaces I have ever experienced. Several layers of middle management are gone! In its place is a skilled and professional workforce. Non-management (and there are very few managers these days) employees are encouraged to make decisions on their own; we now have a voice in how the organization is run. Previous distractions and the cult of personality of certain individuals in the old organization have been done away with.

      Cons

      Expense policies are outdated and need to be revised.
