      Great casual environment. Employees can bring pets on Fridays, laid back atmosphere. Some awesome people!

      Irregular company wide & departmental communications. Poor managerial accountability because of cliques. Inconsistencies. Some positions appear to have full autonomy.

      Work is engaging, always doing something new never bored. Great coworkers and staff are fantastic.

      Cons

      Training is non-existent and needs to be focused on. Office needs serious management to help everything run smoothly. Turn over rate is high and pay scales need to be evaluated.
