      No micromanaging your work day.

      Cons

      The entire leadership team has turned over in the last 18 months. The CEO is not a leader or strategic thinker. Scrambling to make it work and maintain relationships with clients but services is drowning. Check out website barely anyone left. Avoid for at least a year.

      Good people doing good work. Unfortunate they are no longer in business. They helped lots of great nonprofits

      Cons

      Turn over on the project team made continuity on projects difficult.
