I love kids and in theory the structure is great

Cons

Difficult if you are not local to corporate, no communication from people who were supposedly my boss, dealt with a racial incident at the camp location and no help from KE, no communication between venue and KE camps. Overall i would avoid

Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

Cons

The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
