      Free food, spending time with sweet kids, being creative, being outside

      unhealthy food, stressful when kids are not having fun, sometimes the Directors can be a bit lazy but that depends

      Great experience / fulfilling job. Nice to be outside during the summer too.

      Pros

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
