      Pros

      - CEO truly cares about the employees. - A very collaborative and laid back culture that makes it easy to succeed if you put in the effort. -Lots of growth leads to great professional experience gains and a good variety of projects to be a part of relative to other firms. -Quarterly outings and a healthy work life balance help take the edge off. -Helps foster entrepreneurial minded people. If you are ambitious this is the place for you!

      Cons

      Includes the typical challenges of a small business in terms of competitive benefits relative to larger firms based on the growth curve(healthy laid back work environment makes up for this to people who know better)

      Pros

      Great people Very diverse Great culture Fun workplace environments Great CEO who is humorous and also cares very much about employees People listen and willing to help you if you are having trouble.

      Cons

      My only one con is the huge amounts of workload that can get stressful. The turnaround time for projects are pretty quick, so good time management is a must. Sometimes extensions are given based on project scope.
