Toxic environment with harassment and poor management practices - Sales KDK Software Employee Review

I would not recommend this organization based on my experience. Salary payments were often delayed, which created ongoing financial stress. In my view, the management and ownership, including Kapil and Hareesh, demonstrated unprofessional behavior in how employees were treated and spoken to. There was consistent pressure to work overtime without compensation. Employees who refused were at risk of being treated unfairly or even terminated. Work hours were excessive—I personally worked shifts of up to 15 hours multiple times. Employees were also restricted from leaving the office after their shift until management permitted it. Basic facilities are inadequate. There is no proper eating space, forcing employees to go outside to nearby areas. Washroom conditions are poor and below acceptable workplace standards. Overall, the organization shows serious gaps in employee welfare, workplace ethics, and management practices.

I’ve had a great experience working with this company. The work environment is supportive and encourages growth, both personally and professionally. The management team is approachable and values employee feedback, which creates a positive and collaborative culture.

However, one challenge I’ve faced while working from home is the expectation to remain in front of the camera throughout the day due to continuous online meetings. While I understand the need for coordination, this can sometimes feel exhausting and impacts overall comfort and productivity.
