Hard to get team members the comp they deserve. Better communication on a regular cadence from top company leadership (Oscar, Kimberly) on period results and next period goals/initiatives.

Exciting to work at a company that is consistently winning in the market, with a lot of opportunity for growth and expansion. Great opportunity to make an impact, if you have the drive and the right growth mindset and are willing to operate outside your comfort zone. Not for the faint of heart.

Leadership is singularly focused on short-term EBITDA. From a project/initiative standpoint, Everything Everywhere All at once seems like the MO. Lack of strategic focus. Lack of solid people process (mentorship, development, succession planning). Many departments are under-resourced, people covering multiple roles, but typical of PE-owned firms that operate lean. Compensation and benefits (401k, Medical) need improvement to be more market-competitive.
