Low salary No raises in two years Management was an embarrassment Us (management) vs Them (consultants) attitude They make you feel bad about your tech skills so you accept less. They reward managers that prioritize punishment over true leadership. They said it was going to be impossible to change projects for the salary I was asking, and then, when immediately got a job elsewhere they said that I could go to that client in their name for more than what I was asking. What a joke
