Absolutely horrible to work with, board/senior members never own up to their mistakes. Cursing and swearing daily, absolutly unprofessional. No management at all, no design work review process, board keep changing reviews requirements. Projects are mostly small and repetitive. The whole environment is driven by board's emotions and profits.
