      OK salary Always pay on time

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible to work with, board/senior members never own up to their mistakes. Cursing and swearing daily, absolutly unprofessional. No management at all, no design work review process, board keep changing reviews requirements. Projects are mostly small and repetitive. The whole environment is driven by board's emotions and profits.

      It’s super easy to get into this company—they’ve got crazy high senior staff turnover, and you bad don’t need any experience ‘cause all their projects are small and repetitive.

      Cons

      Working here is a nightmare—senior bosses gaslight and bully nonstop, the place feels like a dive bar instead of a company, there’s zero corporate culture, and no one respects their own profession. And when you quit, they won’t even act as a referee for you.
