Lots of flexibility, good people to work with, For the most part, people respect your opinion even though you may have less experience then others.
Cons
Our computers went down at work one day, so we had to do everything manually. It took me 20 minutes to shuffle the cards for Solitaire. On a serious note: I haven't worked with the company long enough to form a properly informed opinion.
