Pros
They hired me immediately after getting canned due to COVID. My team was awesome. They paid OT, and I loved everyone I worked with. They definitely stood up for any staff that was mistreated by coworkers, and cut said staff.
Cons
They gave me starter PTO, instead of taking into account how many years of experience I had. They really pushed the "flexible" return to office strategy during COVID, which entailed working ONE DAY from home a week. NOT flexible at all. I now am working 100% remotely for an even better company.
