Co-workers are involved with each other professional and interpersonally. There is a diversity of projects to gain experience. Entry and junior level engineers learn a lot.
Cons
Expectations can be unrealistic especially when support is lacking. Upper management does not understand personnel capabilities and are either limiting or impeding to the project.
