      Pros

      Unlike many companies who claim to have a "family atmosphere", KCD Software really does. Management goes above and beyond to make sure that all employees feel valued and engaged and takes everyone's work/life balance seriously while still providing a great product and top notch customer service.

      None that I can think of!

      Good people, work from home friendly, great work-life balance

      Cons

      Training is almost entirely on the job which is half pro and half con.

      Pros

      The Sales Director is a wonderful guy, and extremely knowledgeable.

      Cons

      They don't pay a living wage and PTO (capped at 10 days) must be earned.
