      Did not disclose pay rate until second round interview: $12/hr (this is below the minimum wage for the State of Missouri) - during the one month training period $14/hr - once training is complete $16/hr - 2 to 3 months in, maximum hourly rate

      Great opportunity for pre-med/pre-health students to gain clinical experience while being part of a medical team. The owner is extremely supportive and cares about her employees.
