In japanese terms, it would called black company. you wouldn't get paid for overtime, you would be expected to always on. always. 24/7 like your life just for this company. Almost everyone will shame you for putting this company 2nd after your family, friends and your own physical being. They will always to try to find a way to pay you as small as possible legally. in short, you would be a legal slave. that's all.
