      Flexibility and Freedom to do really great work that you can be proud of.

      Cons

      None really, but if you're the type of person who needs a "manager" this wont be a super great company for you. You have to reach out more than you would in a traditional company.

      Pros

      KBMax is a remote workplace with excellent benefits, a great vacation policy, and a fantastic culture. Everyone is here because they genuinely care about the company and it absolutely shows in the quality of the product and the connections you develop with team members. The workload is never stale, I have a very good mix of work that I'm considered an expert in and work that I'm new to which helps keep everything fresh. If you're the type of person that prefers to always be learning this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Remote work is not for everybody. You need to be able to function without face to face interactions.
