Pros
I came to KBD Insurance greener than grass in sales and overall knowledge of the insurance industry. I was trained and coached in a way that set me up for success and gave me an opportunity to move up within the company. What I appreciate the most is that my sales funnel has always been full and there is never day where I don't learn something new. Intellectually stimulating!!
Cons
Like any new employee, I had to earn my stripes. In the beginning I worked evenings and Saturdays. I wouldn't necessarily described this as a con however, considering that's when I would close a lot of my sales (great for commission compensation, not so great for social life).
