Pros
Quality, knowledgeable, engineers - good reputation and relationships with clients. Good variety/opportunities. Work model (flexibility, ability to work remotely) is great. Good salary, benefits; flat organization; world-wide.
Cons
Work-life balance can be difficult in consultancy (always behind; over-sold; resources spread thin). Tendency (as of late) to "worship" at the altar of software technology (which Petro-SIM IS the best, in my opinion; but the people capital is still what sets KBC apart; i.e. we use our tools in real world application--but the tools are just tools; the people make them work).
