      I just recently started working at KB Racking and I've been very impressed with the company! from the supportive managers to the cool and very knowledgeable colleagues, it's a great place to learn

      Cons

      pay could be better because cost of living in toronto is so expensive but can't complain

      They allow a hybrid work model

      Cons

      The pay is SUPER LOW. Almost criminal. Located in downtown Toronto, they expect you to live off a salary that was considered low even in 2005. The management seems to justify this by buying you lunch here and there. Management offered little to no support, was always micro managing, and condescending. Lastly, they do not care about the environment one bit, despite how they frame themselves!

      Extreme micromanagement, company values are overlooked and don’t exist, very low pay for the added work responsibilities thrown at you.
