Cons
one area that could be improved is salary progression. Despite consistently receiving high performance evaluations, I found that annual salary increases were relatively modest. In my case, without promotion, the typical raise ranged from 7% to 10% per year. Even with a promotion, the increase generally stayed under 15%. Over the course of seven years, the largest year-on-year salary jump I experienced was around 15%.
