      Pros

      Out of the 550 people that work at KAS, I look forward to seeing about 25 people that feel the same way I do. Good to know that I am not the only one that hates my job!

      Cons

      *Lack of flexibility lack of room to move out of your current position * If you say you can only work 15-20 due to school or other job, they say yeah that's fine but, they push you to work more. *they say you get raises 3m. then 6m and, hey one year, not true!
