      Pros

      Great people that given the freedom to do their job could make this a truly fantastic place to work. Culture is better than most other large medical device companies despite sales leadership.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is terrible and does not understand medical device sales. Slow to market with products compared to competitors. Weak or no contracts with major GPO's.

      Cons

      Roles and responsibilities are demanding, complex organization to understand, and requires in-office days if you are in proximity to a regional hub.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Poor middle and upper management. Although a lot of vacation time is given, you are not able to use it if you do not meet the percentage of your team. Meaning more than one person could not take time off at a time, This is a bad work place for your mental health.
