Waiting around for a response to confirm shift selection is my only complaint

Some autonomy depending on department, flexible work from home schedule, 401k contributions, mission.

Micromanagement, founder's syndrome, poor hiring, bad strategic decision making, pervasive incompetence, lack of accountability, health plans, org structure, unclear OKRs, fragmented collaboration, workload, lower than average pay.
