Terrible Management, Salary Delays, and Unresponsive HR

The management is disorganized, and there is a complete lack of communication and transparency. Expectations are unclear, and there’s no real leadership to guide employees. Salary delays happen every month without fail. It’s incredibly stressful to not know when or if you’ll be paid on time, and it’s a constant source of anxiety. Even worse is the HR team’s total lack of professionalism. They never respond to emails on time, and they seem uninterested in addressing any concerns. Ex-employees have been waiting for a full and final settlement for over 5 months now, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no resolution. To make matters worse, the Provident Fund (PF) has not been credited since March 2024, and there’s been no explanation or action on this either. This level of neglect is unacceptable. They are ready Each & every time with a new reason.
