Pros

Easy to commute , parking . Days off

Cons

This company has connections to previous companies who have closed with employees left with nothing . Seems every 4 to 5 years. Key employees Ie management are kept on through Insolvency companies and then employed with the next company. Each time receiving Goverment redundancy . None of hese companies seem to ever make any kind of profit and all have connections . Someone is making money from this corrupt business .

Pros

Lots of opportunities to shine if you keep your head down and work at the best interest of the company. Very nice people to work with in the UK facility. Flexible working hours and decent pay. Very good technology.

Cons

There is a challenge in the market space for the product.

Pros

Pretty decent pay -- slightly above average in my case. Most people working here seem both pleasant and competent. It's a small company (~50 people) with a casual atmosphere and Friday catered lunches.

Cons

If you get an offer at Kaiam, be wary of what you're promised. I took a job here on the premise that the assignment would be long-term, but "4 to 5 months with a big possibility of full-time" ended up being ONE month with zero possibility of conversion, despite doing an "outstanding job" by all accounts. I can't say for sure whether that was an intentional deception or just a wildly inaccurate mistake, but either way, it caused a disruption in both my income and my resume, and caused me to leave a job I wouldn't have left otherwise. Also, there's a small handful of bully types working here who can make office life unpleasant.
