So many. Great culture, great executive team, great pay and benefits, great team collaboration, and great company values. The CEO walks the talk, and truly cares about the people that work at KAI. I have been in the business for a quarter of a century and love this firm. Individual creativity and contributions are cheered and individual development is encouraged both in time and financial support.
Cons
Leadership is kind to employees to a fault and the trust sometimes backfires when immature and unprofessional employees begin to show their true colors. But this is a con that I am willing to embrace in a company. The alternative is unappealing.
