KAI values the ideas and innovation from its staff. Employees are encouraged to bring forward ideas and new ways of doing things. The company has grown exponentially in recent years and it's been a great experience watching and helping the company scale up through the direct collaboration and input from its team.
Cons
Does not provide PTO for holidays.

At KAIP, you're able to engage in a diversity of projects and challenges. The opportunities exist, but it will take initiative to tackle work beyond your base job description.
Cons
If you don't express a desire to do more, grow, or be challenged, you will not likely be offered greater career opportunities.
