      Good management that cares about employees.

      Cons

      Government employees can be difficult to work with. Organization has no control of work environment and caters to the government employees that are often biased toward government contractors.

      Great management staff Great opportunities with upward growth Exciting projects with more exciting ones to come Great location for suburbs Awesome benefits Growing organization Centrally located

      Communication is lacking between management and lower level associates. Could be more collaborative among staff who are working together by not always getting reprimanded for "socializing".
